Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund and Change Request Deadlines
Refunds or changes can be requested up to 24 hours before the event.
Cases in Which Refund is Allowed
Refunds will be granted only in case of event cancellation or if there is a change in the event’s date or time.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the customer must send an email to reservas@festivallusitanodocirco.pt, providing the purchase details and the reason for the request.
Sales Conditions
Ticket Acquisition
Tickets can be purchased through the following options:
- Online purchase on the official Festival Lusitano do Circo website.
- Reservations via email by sending a request to reservas@festivallusitanodocirco.pt.
- Purchase at the event box office, subject to availability.
- Online sales platforms affiliated with the Festival, as indicated on the website.

Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be delivered digitally, with an electronic ticket sent to the email provided at the time of purchase. If the ticket is purchased at the box office, it will be issued physically.

- Change the ticket to another date, if available.
